PickEm is a game of getting the right results. Participants select the result they expect to take place during a sporting competition. The aim is to get more correct picks than any other participant. There are often tiebreakers for the final round - closest score is the primary tiebreaker. Time of first score is a secondary tie breaker.
Picks are posted on WhatsApp for all to see. If there is a close call going into the final round(s) then picks are sent to someone who is either out of contention for the title of is a completely neutral arbiter.
Picks should be in before the game in question starts. Ideally submitting all picks for that round of matches at once helps with the admin.
The prize on offer is the greatest of all rewards - glory.
