NTA entered the Playoff Challenge in 2019, ending up in 6th place. A strong start helped but they then faded after posing the top performance in the Wildcard Round. A strong second place in the Conference Round with the third highest score in any 2020 round was not enough to revive their fortunes. In 2021 the team again peaked in the Conference Round but were unable to break through to the top echelon despite putting up stronger scores in that round and overall compared to their first season. 2022 was a much better year. NTA performed consistently well, finishing no lower than 2nd through the first three rounds of the tournament. They fell back in the Super Bowl though due to having to bring in substitutes and that saw the side narrowly miss out, finishing 2nd overall. After a year's absence, the side made their way back into the Challenge in 2024 where they opted for an all-bye strategy in the first round. It was bold but did not quite pay off as the team found themselves at best mid-table in the later rounds and finishing exactly in the middle of the pack by the end of the Challenge.
