The RBB Whisky Club is a group of whisky enthusiasts within the RBB community who share information and tips on whisky. The group also inclues a Cask Ownership segment. Participation in the RBB Whisky Group is on the basis of being a friendly and equitable group to share a love of whisky and the pleasure of owning casks.

Cask Ownership is an investment for an extended timeline while a whisky cask matures. Initial timelines can often be around a decade. Everyone in a cask ownership group is expected to equally contribute to the initial setup and then to extraction. What happens with the whisky is up to each participant. Some can be used for private enjoyment while others might be bottled. Some participants may choose to group together under the RBB brand Tuatha Dé to sell some of their bottles.

The Tuatha Dé brand is for the RBB Whisky Club and represents an identify to sell externally should a cask owner group choose to do so.

Decisions for Cask Ownership groups are on the basis of super majority with a 75% vote needed. Specific details are found in the Cask Ownership Document for that particular group.

Above all else, whisky is fun so being in the RBB Whisky Club is a fun hobby that also has an investment strand. It should always be treated first and foremost as a fun and cool thing to do. After five years of cask ownership, a group might want to get together to see how their whisky is going and maybe draw a quick dram.
