The Muswell Hillbillies were the inaugural season's top scorers, setting the mark for most points in a season and putting up the highest single game score but were knocked out of the playoffs by the No Talent Allstars. The Hillbillies pushed on further in 2020, ending up as the second seeds then tasting post-season glory by winning the championship for the first time. The post-victory hangover saw a shocking fall from grace for the champions as the Hillbillies found themselves in the playouts where they lost out to NTA and were surprisingly relegated to Division Two. A bounce back season for Muswell in 2022 led to them becoming the first team to have claimed both the D1 and D2 titles as their table topping year led to a victory in the D2 final against Eleven Fat Men and a return to D1. The return to the top division did not last long. Muswell had an horrific start to 2023. A 6 game losing skid to kick off the year made the season an uphill battle. It was a valiant effort as they came within one result in week 14 of escaping the playouts. Unfortunately for the Hillbillies their 2023 season ended with a narrow defeat in the playouts to Payton Raiders and a return once again to D2. High hopes early for the Hillbillies in 2024 faded away through the year as a strong early season gave way to a weaker back half of the year, culminating in missing the playoffs on points. A sixth place finish meant another campaign in D2.
