Scarbringer Savages

The Savages nearly shocked the entire RBB Commmunity by coming so close to the title in 2019. The team had a couple of games of overpowering scoring and managed to make the playoffs, upsetting the top seed and reaching the first ever final. In 2020 the Savages had a tougher time of it with a losing streak to kick off the season which meant they could not avoid a playout where a loss to Edmonton Moose condemned them to relegation from Division 1. In their first Division 2 season, the Savages reached the Division playoffs in 2021 but lost a close semi final to Spaceflight Simulators. It was oh so close for the Savages in 2022 as their 10 win season saw them comfortably into the playoffs but they unfortunately came up just short against Eleven Fat Men and ended up narrowly missing out on a return to D1. 2023 was a much more difficult year for Scarbringer. The franchise posted its lowest win record and points scored to date. They were in playout trouble all year long and never really looked like escaping the roulette wheel. The Savages escaped though with a playout win over Noble Narwhals to maintain themselves in D2. 2024 was a solid, stabilising year for Scarbringer. A 7-7 record in a tight division meant they were always in touch with both the playoffs and the playouts but ended up in neither. Mid table marked progress from 2023's playout nail biter.
